Fix AOL Compressed Graphics (Default)

AOL, by default, sets Internet graphics to be compressed automatically for faster loading.
Although it is good for graphics to load quickly, this sacrifice for speed often
results in the images you are viewing being displayed poorly on your screen.

If you would like to see web graphics more clearly and enhance your overall Internet experience,
please do the following:

1. Start AOL.

2. Go to "My AOL" as shown below:
Click this in AOL

3. Go to "Preferences" as shown below:
Click this in AOL

4. Click the "WWW" button as shown below:
Click this in AOL

5. Click the "Web Graphics" tab, and UNCHECK THE BOX as shown below:
Click both of these in AOL

6. Click OK.

Note: To see the uncompressed graphics without restarting AOL, you will have to hold down the CTRL key
and click the refresh () button to reload any pages viewed in the current session.
